;DJust want to say "welcome back" guys. ;D
Just watched Ep.1 of Batfollies. It was funny. I liked how you made the charactors contrast with each other so well. It's looks like it's off to a good start.
How is everything in your neck of the woods?

thanks! It's good to be back. We've been pretty busy shooting our feature film and doing side film projects as well, so we apologize for the delay in our site getting back up. Anyhoo..I gotta get back to work. Gotta keep pullin in the green and pay bills.

' Argh! Hulk hates paying stupid bills! Leaves no time to smash Abomination in "Ultimaite Distruction"! '
What is 'Dolls' about? (I heard it's like Creepshow, but since I never seen it, I'm a bit in the dark.) Will you be posting the film you made for the 48-hour film festival?

It's all going pretty well, considering. We're just in the process of gettting geared up for the i48 film competition. Our team is pretty green, so it'll be interesting to see what we accomplish this year.

Have you received your genre/prop instructions yet? (Is the i48 the 48hr festival you guys entered last year, or am I thinking of a differant event?)
Hope everything turns out well. ;D

Just saw the original Life with Lenny (finally!). Wow... you have come a long way since then. I was intriged at how you did the animation, Dan. Did you do this free-hand, then pasted "Lenny/the Hand" frame by frame afterward? (Had LOTS of free time to kill? My brain usually gets fried when I try doing 15 min. or more of rotoscoping a lightsaber on AlamDV.) Personally, I think you guys did the right thing making the second Lenny picture with a live actor. It made it much more believable.
As always, keep up the good work.

This is the voice of Dan speaking, I figured I'd just use the admin login since I see no need to create a seperate profile for myself here. I did the animation sorta old school style, it was my first real attempt at animating something. I drew the character frame by frame, then colored each frame in photoshop and imported it into after fx afterwards. Needless to say, that's probably going to be the last time I do any animations like that for quite a long time.

I hear ya. I think that is the reason why cartoon studios have so many people hired for the drawing/coloring/animation scene. I have to admit, though, that doing all that work by yourself (for non-profit, no less) shows alot about your charactor and determination. I tip my hat off to you, Dan. I heard about your computer problems on the other forem topic. What kind of programs do you use?

Just got back to your website. Sweeeet design! Much nicer layout. Will there be a place for fan art by chance? (Hint, hint, wink, wink )

Glad you like the new layout! As far as fan art, email us at unifiedstudioproductions@yahoo.com and Dan and I'll take a gander at it. We could possibly set up a fan art section. As far as how things are going.....both busy and slow. Busy as in life is going crazy fast right now for me. Slow as in not much going on right now with our filming.

Hi Guys. Sorry I haven't been on the boards lately. I heard through the grapevine that Heath Ledger will be playing the Joker in Dark Knight. I was wondering what he would look like, so I did a little dabbling on his face. Thios is kinda how it came out: I'm sorry I wasn't able to make a true Joker smile (I REALLY wanted to), but I didn't have any wicked smiles around to superimpose on him. Oh, and yes, I did misspell "with". What do you think?

Just found out that the girl who played Rachel Dawes won't be reprising her role in the sequal. Have you heard anything new?
